‘‘No one in the past has ever taught me how to apply or interview, it has always been something I’ve learnt from past occurrences, or researched on my own. And as such, looking for a job can also be a lonely, often dispiriting, experience, especially when time and again you don’t succeed. Instead, the CAP Job Club has made the whole process fun!’’ – JR
