CAP is for people living on a low income for whom life is tough. We provide life skills and money courses to help people to move forward.
Life skills is a friendly group that will give you the confidence and decision-making skills needed to live on a low income. You’ll learn practical money saving techniques, such as cooking on a budget and making money go further.
Money coaching is a series of free workshops created by financial specialists. Through engaging videos, discussions, activities and resources, you’ll leave feeling equipped and confident to manage your money.
Job Club is a friendly place where you’ll get practical help and gain the tools you need to find work.

Life Skills Course InformationCAP Job Club will be starting at Guildford Baptist Church on 2nd October at 10.30am. We would be pleased to see anyone who is looking for work or to change job.
Prior to 2nd October we will be having a "Drop-in" at 10.30am every Wednesday morning in the Open Grounds Cafe at Guildford Baptist Church for anyone who would just like to explore Job Club and what it might offer.
