"It’s a privilege to see The Lighthouse grow from a seed idea of a small group of people supporting those in need in their local neighbourhoods. That seed grew into our first project, Jigsaw, and has expanded into the many projects and sites that we have today."
Erik has always been passionate about supporting people on the margins. In his early career he worked in deprived neighbourhoods of Amsterdam, Budapest and Chicago. Erik is an ordained Christian minister and has lived in Woking since 1997, where he led a church for 20 years.
