The Lighthouse has over 350 volunteers, three buildings and over 40 different frontline projects.
Our teams help to uphold the values of the Lighthouse:
To have love for all, compassion, dignity, respect, honesty, courage. The Lighthouses’ are places to belong, with generosity, acceptance, truth, hospitality, peace, and community. We believe in the significance of every individual, in kindness, hope, freedom and the love of God.
The Lighthouse is a community where people can find hope, purpose and friendship.

We will send you an application form and an invite to our next monthly 'Volunteers Open Morning'.
We decide whether The Lighthouse is a good fit for both of us, and decide on the right project for you.
We invite you to a trial session in your area of interest.
We take up references and process a DBS check where needed.
We invite you to attend a group induction.
The volunteer agreement is signed.
You're invited to join the project and meet the wider team.
