We host a variety of open-access projects, as well as courses that you can sign up to throughout the year.

Open House – 10.30am–12pm on Mondays and Thursdays, with a creative corner and a table of encouragement (drop-in).
Community Money Advice on Mondays during Open House. Practical, no-judgement support with budgeting, managing bills and debt. Email to book, or drop in and speak to us.
Men Matter – 6.30pm–8pm on Tuesdays (sign-up preferred for catering but you can just drop in).
Mums and Under 1s – 10.30am–12pm on Wednesdays. A friendly, supportive space for mums and carers with babies under one to meet and connect (drop-in).
The Parent Hub – 1pm–2.30pm on the third Monday of each month. A meet-up for parents of children with additional needs (parents only; we are unable to host children at this time).
Together over Tea – 2pm–3.30pm on the last Monday of each month. A friendly space for those who are grieving (drop-in).
When Dreams Change – A four-week course for parents and carers of children with additional needs. Our next course starts on 23rd February 10:30am-12pm. Please email to sign up.
The Bereavement Journey – you will gently be guided through the most common aspects of grief enabling you to process the implications for yourself. Our next seven-week course starts on 9th April. Please email to register your interest.
CAP Life Skills Course - A four week course designed to give you the confidence and decision-making skills needed to live on a low income. You can learn practical money-saving techniques, such as budgeting, cooking on a budget and making money go further.The next course starts on 5th Feb for 4 weeks - Please contact guildford@capuk.org to sign up.
